What is SWAKP

SWAKP

Founded in 2016 SWAKP is a non profit organization, namely "Society for Welfare of Allottees of King Park". This was informally started by few allottees in 2014 and with support of about 20+ owners it was finally registered in 2016. As of Nov 2019 SWAKP is having a membership of more than 220+ owners. SWAP is governed by Executive council which is working in line with collectively agreed memorandum signed to form the organization.

Objective

SWAKP sole objective is to be Voice of KP owners. We as a group will work together to voice our concern with THIPL, GNIDA & any other authorities; if needed will also consider a legal course of action against the builder at appropriate legal forum or court of law. At the same time there are many of us who are suffering great amount of loss due to ongoing EMI, interest on payments made to THIPL which should be compensated by THIPL in addition to a legal Possession and Title Transfer.

NCLT

NCLT Proceedings for THIPL

On 31-Oct-2019 THIPL was approved for bankrupcy proceeding under NCLT.

SWAKP is representing Kings Park buyer Creditors to be part of CoC (Committee of Creditors). They have been actively working with IRP Mr. Deepak Bansal and AR Mr. Kamlesh Gupta to ensure that SWAKP members and KP owners voice is heard and their issues, concerns are heard for an amicable resolution in the NCLT proceedings.

General advise to SWAKP Members is to continue keep track of updates on List of Buyer Creditors on the THIPL Website Link - TodayHomes-KP

Every member should submit a Form CA at the earliest

The CA Form for claims have to be submitted be EMAIL to RP Mr Nilesh Sharma and his assistant Hemant Sharma email Id ip.todayhomesinfra@gmail.com (optionally may cc to swakp2016@gmail.com)

If one has submitted CA form and your name is not in the LATEST list (keep checking on http://todayhomes.co.in/cirp-thipl.html), send a REMINDER to IRP and copy SWAKP (swakp2016@gmail.com)

Make sure all the supporting documents are sent in ONE PDF along with CA form (One single PDF).
